Ben Kasehagen

Clinic Manager & Physiotherapist

Ben joins our team with a wealth of knowledge having worked and owned several private practice physiotherapy clinics across Brisbane. He is a strong advocate for the Physiotherapy profession, being the current Queensland Australian Physiotherapy Association (APA) Business Chair and is on the Queensland APA Branch Council. Through these positions, Ben has worked closely with WorkCover Queensland where he has developed a strong interest in helping the injured worker return back to living a fulfilling life.

In his free time, you can find Ben reading the latest self-development and/or biography book, taking his social indoor soccer a little too seriously or hanging out with his two Bengal cats.

Sasha Birgé

Physiotherapist

Sasha Birgé is a dual-credentialed Physiotherapist and Certified Athletic Trainer with diverse experience across outpatient clinics and sports organizations, including NEAFL, QAFLW, QRL, and professional boxing. Sasha has a strong focus on injury assessment and management, manual therapy, and exercise prescription. He enjoys leveraging VALD technology to gather data that enhances communication with patients and guides treatment decisions.

Originally from New York, Sasha loves exploring Australia, particularly enjoying outdoor adventures and discovering new food spots. He leads staff workouts before work, runs a weekly running group, and is an enthusiastic supporter of the LSU Tigers and New Orleans Saints. Although he’s sometimes shy to admit it, Sasha has a soft spot for country music.

Jason Sterling

Remedial Massage Therapist

Jason brings 25 years of experience working across multidisciplinary allied health centers and running his own mobile clinic. He promotes a modern, active lifestyle and emphasizes the importance of movement and mobility for optimal health and well-being to all his clients.

Jason’s special interests include rehabilitation, sports and mobility, and over 50s men’s health. Outside of work, Jason enjoys strength and conditioning, MMA and mountain biking.
